Please follow these guidelines to ensure your admission is as smooth as possible:-
If you are having an anaesthetic, do not eat or drink anything (not even water) for at least six hours prior to your admission.
Do not smoke for 24 hours prior to surgery.
Bathe or shower before arriving at the Surgery
Wear loose, comfortable clothes – preferably front opening, and walking shoes
If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please bring a case for their safekeeping
Do not wear jewellery, nail polish, fragrance or deodorants
Allow sufficient time to arrive at the Surgery and be comfortable before your procedure.
Bring any recent relevant x-rays/scans with you
At reception, you will be asked to complete any outstanding paperwork/financial consent.
