Please remember to bring your Health Fund Book and/or Card with you.
We are contracted with all major Health Funds and will claim your theatre and accommodation charges directly through your Health Fund. You will be asked to pay your excess (if applicable) on admission. Please check with your Fund if an excess applies, prior to your attendance at the Unit.
You will receive a separate account from the surgeon/dentist or doctor performing your procedure and your anaesthetist. Payment to Chesterville Day Hospital does not cover doctor's and anaesthetist's fees.
