New CEO/DoN confirmed at Kawana Private Hospital

Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to confirm that Lisa Clissold has been appointed to the role of CEO/DoN at Kawana Private Hospital.

Ms Clissold, who had previously held the role of clinical nurse manager, has been acting CEO/DoN for the last 8 months. In this time, she has proven to be an exceptional leader with a focus on cultivating key stakeholder relationships and promoting quality improvement activities.

Cura Day Hospitals Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Freeleagus, said he was confident that Ms Clissold would continue to uphold the hospital’s reputation as a centre of excellence for healthcare services.

“Kawana Private Hospital is well-known for providing exceptional healthcare outcomes for the patients in the Sunshine Coast community. Lisa is perfectly placed to build upon this reputation with her in-depth industry knowledge and thorough understanding of the hospital’s mission and values.”

Mr Freeleagus said.

Kawana Private Hospital is an accredited multi-disciplinary hospital that provides four operating theatres to offer a broad range of surgical services for all patients. The hospital was opened in November 2006 in response to the increased demand from both surgeons and patients on the Sunshine Coast. In June 2012, Kawana Private Hospital joined Cura Day Hospitals Group.
