At least 2 days prior to your examination, you - or someone you know well - must visit the Unit to collect further information sheets and a special preparation.
It is important that you read the information sheets carefully and follow the instructions.

Please bring the following to your Pre-Admission visit:
Health fund book and/or card
Medicare card
Pension card / Veterans Affairs card
Referral letter
Reading glasses, if appropriate
A list of current medications
