Cura Day Hospitals Group Completes Acquisition of West Leederville Private Hospital

The Board of Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to confirm the acquisition of West Leederville Private Hospital on Friday 20th December 2019.

Based in Perth, West Leederville Private Hospital has been providing exceptional care to both day stay and overnight patients since opening in 2017.

The hospital provides a range of multidisciplinary services to both adult and paediatric patients including Orthopaedic Hand & Shoulder Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive.

Cura Day Hospitals Group Chief Executive Officer, Peter Freeleagus, said the acquisition was consistent with the organisation’s strategy to grow its portfolio in the attractive Western Australian healthcare market.

“West Leederville Private Hospital represents Cura’s third acquisition in Western Australia in as many years,” he said.
