Brindabella Endoscopy Centre Welcomes New Director of Nursing

Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce Della Blinksell-Trute will be taking on the role of Director of Nursing at Brindabella Endoscopy Centre.

Ms Blinksell-Trute has extensive experience managing high performance teams and prides herself on bringing a positive and empathetic approach to her leadership style.

Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO Andrew Currie said he is confident Ms Blinksell-Trute will be a great addition to the Brindabella Endoscopy management team.

“With a career in nursing spanning across more than three decades, right up to most recently being a nursing unit manager, Ms Blinksell-Tute has the skills and experience to support and train staff to get the best possible outcome for everyone,” he said.

“She is highly regarded in the industry and conscious of always following safety and legislative systems and processes to adhere to the high level of patient care Cura Day Hospitals Group is known for.”

Ms Blinksell-Trute has an array of qualifications including a bachelor of nursing and she is currently studying a diploma of healthcare management.

Mr Currie also wanted to thank outgoing CEO/Director of Nursing Rebecca Gardiner for her efforts at Brindabella Endoscopy Centre.

“Ms Gardiner has been an excellent leader during one of the most challenging times for the healthcare industry,” he said.

“We appreciate everything she has done in her time with us, and wish her all the best in her new role.”

Ms Blinksell-Tute officially starts on Monday January 10 2022.
